[Massachusetts-NFB] new link for T-shirt order form

Greetings to all,

 

I was informed that people were seeing an warning message on the T-shirt
order form page.

With the assistance of the national office, that issue was resolved. It
involved creating a new version of the form, but none of the information
from the original form was lost in the process.
