Of course.   And if someone does not like or want pork that is not a problem. I just happen to love it!

Another example of my dinner:  Tonight, I made Juicy Pork chops (made with my homemade  special rub that includes smoked paprika, a special Chili powder blend, garlic, onion powder, brown sugar and more, a potato salad made with Yukon Gold Potatoes, crispy prosciutto and a truffle oil, thirdly a homemade four-cheese Macaroni and cheese. I didn’t add a green veggie, because I ran out of time before my meeting. 

 

This or something similar,  could be a dinner for you and a loved one if you are the highest bidder at our live auction at next week’s convention.
