[Massachusetts-NFB] Monday's dinner

I almost forgot to tell y'all what we had tonight.

I tried a new recipe. It is quite similar to another that I have cooked many
times. The typical way that I have made it, is by adding turkey meatballs or
occasionally with Lamb meatballs. Tonight, I added some roasted chicken on
the side. It was beyond delicious!! 

 it was Persian Lentil   rice with dates. It was very fragrant, using
saffron, cinnamon, rose water and topped with slivers of fried onions. 

This will be a repeater and it was much easier to make than it sounds. 

If you are the highest bidder at Saturday's night  auction, I could make
this for you and a friend or some other delicious meal that you crave!!
