[Massachusetts-NFB] Does anyone know anything about the program "link it"

A Braille teacher has contacted me with concerns about a Blind student  who
is supposed to use a program called "Link it". Which it seems is not reading
the test questions. Any ideas? The tech-support people at the school are
aware of this. They said to just try a different laptop, but the issue is
not his laptop. The issue is the program link it which is the screen reader
they use.  

He is supposed to use in a couple of weeks for his final exams. But of
course, this is impossible, to do independently.  

 

Does anyone know anything about this program? Thank you.
