Paid Remote User Study with Cigna/Evernorth Health Services




Dear Carroll Center for the Blind Community,

Our partner, Cigna/Evernorth Health Services, is looking for screen reader user testers interested in participating in a paid remote user study in an effort to make its digital products more accessible and usable by people with visual impairments. Participants of this study will be testing health insurance portals, pharmacy websites, and websites where individuals purchase medical and dental insurance plans, including Medicare.

This study is looking for 8 participants who are visually impaired and use screen reading software. Each participant will be compensated with a $100 Amazon e-gift card for taking part in a 60 minute session. These sessions will be held remotely, and participants will need to be very comfortable using Zoom (including opening URLs sent via chat and sharing their screen). Sessions will take place in November.

All participants of this study should be at least 26 years of age.
