If you love breaded foods, but don’t love the messy process, you can neatly
and easily bread meat, fish, and veggies with the Coating Trays & Tongs.
COATING TRAYS!( ITEM NUMBER: 100577) It’s almost like these trays were made
with us in mind! These large, handy trays are microwave-safe, so you can
also use them for chocolate-dipped truffles, fruit, homemade candy and
pretzels. The trays overlap, which helps keep your counters clean while the
nonskid feet keep them in place. Now you can feel confident giving a gentle
shake to the breading for evenly breaded foods. Use the tongs to securely
hold the food you’re breading or dipping to keep your hands clean.

They are also dishwasher safe. I use this product for so many things. If you
have an air fryer, I think these trays are a must.

If you don’t have an air fryer
we have one that is amazing and easily made
accessible. I have lots of recipes that I can share with you to use in your
air fryer or oven. Today I have shared a delicious Mozzarella Stick recipe
that you can find below! (Just in time for that next Patriots, Bruins or
Celtics game!

So crunchy, so delicious and so easy. Best of all, you can make them in your
own kitchen and you can double the cheese or use a Gluten free coating and
you don’t have to leave the waiter a tip. Unless, you just want to. LOL

3.	Coat the string cheese in the flour, shaking off the excess,
followed by the egg, and then into the cracker crumbs. Dip them again into
the egg and then the cracker crumbs one more time.
4.	Set the cheese sticks on the trays. Repeat until all cheese is
coated.
5.	Place the trays into the top and middle shelves and set to ROAST for
10 minutes. Rotate the trays halfway through cooking.
6.	Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with ranch or marinara sauce
for dipping, if you’d like.
