Jen, very well said! The administrative assistant will help a lot, as well
as if we can all remember when are our meeting dates and keep the zoom
links in our inbox for future use. Offer to help and do actually help. We
cannot expect one person to do everything and please everybody. Shara does
a great job, she has the charisma and work ethic. She cooperates with all I
never felt neglected or discouraged. Also when we have treasury related
questions go to our board treasurer! Shara is not the treasurer. She cannot
do all positions. We have board members for secretary and treasury. My tips
on the day.
Thank you
