[Massachusetts-NFB] Is message about Sam's Club surprise a scam?

Greetings!


Today, we received a message that appeared to be from NFB.  When I went 
into it, it said something about a surprise for Sam's Club customers.  I 
saw nothing about NFB in the message itself.


I also got this message at a different e-mail address, one at which I 
received many NFB messages.


I have not killed the message.  I hesitate to forward it.  Has anybody 
else received this message?
