Dear Cambridge Chapter,

I hope this message finds you well!

As we get ready for our upcoming chapter meeting on Monday, April 14 , I’m reaching out with a friendly reminder to please RSVP no later than Thursday, April 10 and let me know if you’ll be attending.

This meeting is extra special to me as it marks my first year serving as your chapter president , and I’d love to celebrate with all of you! I’ll be ordering pizza and cupcakes as a small token of appreciation for your support and dedication this past year.

We’ll be meeting at the Citywide Senior Center , located at 806 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge . The meeting officially starts at 6:00 PM , but if you’re able to arrive earlier, we’ll start gathering from 5:30 PM .

In order to make sure we have enough food for everyone (and so no one misses out!), I really need a solid headcount ahead of time. Please reply to this email or text me by Thursday, April 10 to let me know if you’ll be coming. Looking forward to seeing you there and celebrating together!
