[Massachusetts-NFB] Thank you & Meeting follow up

Dear Shirley,

I attended Monday night's meeting. My sentiments about that heightened
portion of the meeting was that you did a compassionate, effective,
efficient job in shepherding all speakers through their expression of
opinion and then assuring folks that the matter would be addressed. Other
participants who share the ability to promise some type of follow up also
took up that cause, from what I observed/heard. My sentiment is that no one
owes an apology to anyone.

The only apology can be universal and collective to all of us, noting that
we are all in a very heightened state these days, and that can make
easeful, productive communication quite challenging. I wish for all of us
some ease and trust in moving forward that leadership will examine all
things necessary and then circle back to the Chapter and Affiliate.

I certainly hold leadership in warm regard for what they have on plates
every day, for our total benefit. And I also do thank those who raised
their concern about transparency and inclusionary processes within NFB.
