Dear Carroll Center Community,

Do you have a loved one living with Diabetic Macular Edema, Wet Age-Related Macular Degeneration, or Retinal Vein Occlusion? Pillar Patient Advocates <https://eml-pusa01.app.blackbaud.net/intv2/j/24658AF6-0A20-47E4-B33B-F337B916365D/r/24658AF6-0A20-47E4-B33B-F337B916365D_f5a3bc59-889d-4173-a96e-7b6cd922a89b/l/FB7C0A72-E94F-406A-824B-99788EDA0B25/c>  is seeking caregivers of loved ones receiving treatment to participate in a 60-minute phone/web interview. 

Participants will receive $150 as a thank-you for their time and input.
