Hi Wicked Good Chapter Family,
I’m really excited about the momentum we’re starting to build, and I want
to keep it going!
First, have you seen the *“Who Are WE? NFB” shirts?* These are NFB shirts
for all of us—not specifically a Wicked Good Chapter shirt—but I think it
would be so much fun to see a bunch of us wearing them together at
meetings, events, and out in the community. I have the orchid color myself,
and I’m definitely considering getting a hoodie next!
You can check out the shirts, hoodies, and other options here:

*Topsfield Fair — October 7*
We’re also looking at *Wednesday, October 7, for the Topsfield Fair as part
of the Coast to Coast movement.* Grand Funk Railroad will be performing
that evening, too, so it could be a really fun night to get a big group of
us together!
Before we make plans, we want to hear from you. *Would you be interested in
going?* Please reach out to me by text or call at *203-993-3045* or email
me at *Isabelrosario76 at gmail.com <Isabelrosario76 at gmail.com>* so we can get
a sense of the interest and start coordinating.
And please spread the word! We’d love to have a big group!
*Most importantly: We want YOU involved.*
I want to emphasize something that is really important to me as we build
the Wicked Good Chapter:
*This chapter is for everyone—not just the board.* We want to hear from all
of you and make sure everyone has a voice in what this chapter becomes.
And if I haven’t had the chance to meet you yet, please know that I’d
genuinely love to hear from you! Maybe you’ve been thinking about coming to
a meeting but weren’t quite sure what to expect, or you’ve been interested
in getting involved but haven’t found the right opportunity. *Please reach
out. You are welcome here, and I’d be happy to talk with you, answer
questions, hear your ideas, or just introduce myself.*
You can email or text me before the next meeting at *203-993-3045* or
*Isabelrosario76 at gmail.com
<Isabelrosario76 at gmail.com>*. I do get a lot of messages, so when you reach
out, please include your name and let me know that you’re interested in
talking about the Wicked Good Chapter. That will help me make sure I see
your message and know what you’re reaching out about.
I truly want to make time for everyone who wants to connect. Whether you’re
already an active member, haven’t been to a meeting in a while, or have
never attended a Wicked Good meeting before, *I want you to feel like this
is your chapter, too.*
*Our Next Meeting*
Our next Wicked Good Chapter meeting will be *Thursday, September 24, from
6:30–8:30 PM* at the *Peabody Institute Library, 82 Main Street, Peabody,
MA*, in the Tech Lab.
And let’s have a little fun with growing our chapter! For our next
meeting, *bring
someone with you, *whether that’s someone who has never attended a chapter
meeting before or a member who hasn’t been around in a while. Anyone who
brings a new or returning member will be entered into a raffle for a *$15
Dunkin’ gift card!*
I really want Wicked Good to become a chapter where people feel welcome,
connected, and excited to participate. But we can only build that if we
hear from the people who make up this chapter.
So please, come to a meeting, bring a friend, send me your ideas, or just
reach out and say hello.
*This is our chapter, and I want everyone to have a voice in what we make
it.*
I’m excited to build something Wicked Good with all of you!
Best regards,
Isabel Rosario
