[Massachusetts-NFB] FW: MFA January Virtual Descriptive Tour- Imagine!

Dear Friends,

 

A happy New Year to you all. For January we have a tour inspired by song
lyrics. In 1971, former Beatle, John Lennon, released the track "Imagine."
Written with his wife, Yoko Ono, Lennon calls on us to envision a world
where many of the barriers that define our world and society do not exist. A
world where there is peace and unity.

As we welcome a new year, "Imagine" offers an optimistic message and a goal
to work toward.  For this tour the choice of objects from the MFA collection
is inspired by Lennon's and Ono's words.
