Dear Friends,

Each year at the NFB Washington Seminar, our members convene to advocate for
key legislative initiatives that impact the lives of blind Americans. The
priorities of the Washington Seminar are based on the official positions of
the National Federation of the Blind adopted at our national convention.
These issues may include civil rights, education programs and services,
employment and entrepreneurship, federal funding, Social Security Disability
Insurance and Supplemental Security Income, and other timely national
concerns.

Great Gathering-In

Monday, January 26 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern

If you are unable to attend the Washington Seminar in person, we invite you
to join us online for the Great Gathering-In, the official opening session
of the Washington Seminar. This event launches a powerful week of advocacy
and features motivational remarks, unifying moments, and an atmosphere of
collective action.

The Great Gathering-In will be live-streamed, with captions and Spanish
interpretation available.
