The link to the registration form is now visible on the website.
To access it, visit www.nfbma.org/state-convention <http://www.nfbma.org/state-convention> and then navigate to the section header labeled “Registration”.
While navigating the form on the computer with a screen reader, you might need to use your arrow keys in order to read everything on the form.
Last year I heard your complaints regarding needing to go to a review registration page before completing your registration submission. This year, the form has been configured to eliminate that step. In exchange, in order to indicate how much you are paying after selecting the registration package that you want, you will need to manually input your registration amount. If you also want to include a donation with your registration amount, you will need to increase the amount you are entering into the registration amount field to include your donation amount. Then once you hit submit, those who select PayPal or Credit/Debit Card as their payment method will automatically be redirected to PayPal to complete your transaction. If you select the payment method option indicating that you will be paying via cash, check, money order, or Zelle, once you hit submit you will be automatically redirected to the form’s confirmation page.
On this same form, we added a field asking if you will be paying your registration fee. If you have received confirmation from the state affiliate that your registration is being covered by the affiliate, such as being a state scholarship finalist, you will select the second option. For everyone else, please select the first option. The payment section will be hidden or visible depending on your selection.
For those paying via cash, check, money order, or Zelle, please follow the instructions regarding submitting your payment listed on the registration form.

I did find a link in Shara’s message but not in the copy of it below your message. Seems strange to me, but I thought I should mention it.

National Federation of the Blind of Massachusetts
73rd Annual State Convention
The National Federation of the Blind of Massachusetts Convention is by blind people and for blind people. It is our premier gathering for connection, empowerment, learning, and community. Each year, members from across the state come together to share ideas, build skills, and strengthen our collective voice.
Our convention also serves as our democratic governing body, where we elect leadership and set organizational priorities—many of which are carried forward to state and federal legislators to help improve opportunities and independence for blind people everywhere. In addition, we proudly award college and trade school scholarships to blind students who live in or attend school in Massachusetts.
✨ This year’s convention will include:
1. Innovative and accessible technology demonstrations
2. A fun and inspiring talent showcase
3. Vendor exhibits
4. Presentations from Perkins Library, the Commissioner of the Blind, structured discovery centers, and transition services
5. A hands-on tactile art workshop
6. Time with great friends—both new and longtime
7. And so much more!
IMPORTANT: If you are a student, please call me for your room reservation . Do not call the hotel. Do register for the entire convention.
