[Massachusetts-NFB] NFBMA Day at the State House on July 22nd

Hello everyone,

I am excited to announce that the National Federation of the Blind of
Massachusetts Day at the State House will take place on Wednesday, July 22,
2026 from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM!
(Please note the change from the previously announced date of June 25th -
date this change was made due to availability of legislators.)

We will be meeting in person with state legislators to advocate for our
legislative priorities. The legislative priorities we will focus on are as
follows:
- Protecting service animal users from discrimination by rideshare drivers
- Accessible prescription labeling
- Protecting the rights of blind parents

If you would like to sign up for the Day at the State House on July 22nd,

legislative priorities and the logistics of the day will be sent to those
who sign up. Please sign up no later than July 10, 2026. Please note that
we are unfortunately not able to offer transportation to this event.
