Jesse Shirek, of our national advocacy and policy team has sent information
regarding a briefing about the Texas V Kennedy lawsuit which deals with
Section 504 of the Rehab Act. Members are encouraged to attend. Here is
Jesse's message.

On Wednesday, March 18 at 8:00 p.m. Eastern, we are hosting an informational
session designed to help NFB members effectively advocate in response to the
nine states participating in the Texas v. Kennedy lawsuit. While we
especially encourage participation from members residing in the affected
states, we also welcome and value the involvement of members from all other
states who wish to support this advocacy effort.

The goal of this training is to educate our members about Texas v. Kennedy,
Section 504, and the importance of the Olmstead Act. Zoom information for
the session is below.

We look forward to your participation.
