There are 4 floors and all of them have sleeping rooms. All of the convention, will be held on the first floor.

Below find a short description of the hotel layout. There is also a longer version attached on a word document. 

Crowne Plaza Boston - Woburn

 

LOBBY OVERVIEW

 

- Enter through double sliding doors.

- Sitting areas are immediately on both sides.

- Walk straight on tile to reach the front desk.

 

Facing the front desk:

- Left → Restaurant and Convention Area

- Right → Elevators, First-floor Rooms, ATM

 

ELEVATORS

 

>From the front desk:

1. Turn right, keeping the desk on your left.

2. Walk along the desk until it ends.

3. Take a slight left and continue straight.

4. Elevators will be ahead.

 

CONVENTION AREA

 

>From the front desk:

- Turn left.

- Continue straight.

- Take the first opening on your right.

 

Inside the convention hallway:

- All meeting rooms are on the right.

- Restrooms are on the left, across from Ballroom A.

- Rooms are labeled alphabetically starting with Ballroom A.

- At the end of the hall:

 - Straight → Exit doors (dog relief area outside to the left)

 - Right → Additional ballrooms

 

RESTAURANT

 

- From the front desk, turn left and continue straight.

- Restaurant entrance is through glass doors.

- Second ATM located inside the restaurant.

 

GUEST ROOMS

 

Inside the room:

- Closet, bathroom, and mini fridge are immediately to the left upon entry.

- Bed area is to the left.

- TV and bureau are across from the bed.

- Thermostat is on the wall near the bed, facing the bathroom.
