Dearbrothers and sisters

I want to apologize for my recent lack of communication and thank you for your patience. I’ve been spending considerable time getting my education in massage therapy organized, which begins in early November, at The Spa Institute in North Andover. I’ve also been establishing a training relationship with a Kung Fu Sifu at Wah Lum Wellness in Methuen. I’ve chosen to begin training and kung fu because I’m doing this with my son Joshua, and trying to pass on to him my love of Martial arts. These new commitments, particularly my Kung Fu training on Monday and Thursday evenings, mean that we’ll need to find a new day and time for our group to meet.

I remain genuinely interested in continuing our practice together and building on what we’ve begun. I was even considering starting a email thread with people who are interested and just passing along lessons of how to move and what to do and how to think based on my experiences of the past so you can learn from these until we have a chance to work together either in person or on Zoom. For those who would like to continue, please share your suggestions for alternative days, times, and meeting frequency through our mailing list. We can discuss the options online, reach a consensus, and move forward together.

I appreciate everyone who has participated and hope we can find a schedule that works for the group. My intention remains the same: to learn together, cultivate awareness of our breath and movement, and deepen our practice as a community.

With gratitude,

Scott
