It will be great to see you! And thank you for bringing cookies! 🍪😊

I had asked if people wanted to do lunch, but no one has gotten back to me about that yet. On Sunday, if anyone would like to go to lunch together, I think we could make a spontaneous lunch plan. If you’d like to bring a lunch for yourself, I think that would be perfectly fine. Last year, Sunish brought everyone some delicious wraps, but I haven’t heard whether anyone is planning to do that this year.

Typically, the day-of event details are handled by the Cambridge Chapter itself, so perhaps Shirley or someone else on the Cambridge Board knows what has been planned and will let us know. Hopefully, they will be bringing a cash box, tablecloth, and some literature to share.

The Water Department is providing us with water, tables, trash cans, and chairs, so we should be all set with those essentials.

I’m really looking forward to seeing all of you there! It should be a wonderful day. ❤️🦯

Warmly,

Hello Federationists,

It is time for our wonderful day of fellowship, fun, and movement at the David Ticchi Annual Walk! 🦯❤️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

For more than 40 years, this walk has been a beloved tradition of the Cambridge Chapter and our entire affiliate. It is always a wonderful opportunity to come together, enjoy one another’s company, get some exercise, and support the important work of the NFB of Massachusetts.

We will once again be at the gorgeous Fresh Pond Reservoir in Cambridge. 🌳

📍 Fresh Pond Reservoir
Cambridge Water Department
250 Fresh Pond Parkway
Cambridge, MA 02138

We usually have a table or two set up near the Water Department, so look for us there!

Please let me know if you will be joining us this Sunday. I want to make sure we have enough goodies for everyone who comes. 😊

The forecast is currently looking pretty good, with temperatures around 60 degrees and dry weather! ☀️ Of course, as always, the walk will go on rain or shine! 🌧️☀️

This is the most important fundraiser for our entire affiliate, and your presence truly matters. I hope you will come out, walk with us, support the Cambridge Chapter, and help us continue this wonderful tradition. Your participation is requested and strongly encouraged! ❤️🦯

I can't wait to see all of you there this Sunday! Let's make it another fantastic David Ticchi Walk! 🎉🙌

Until then, have a fabulous week!

With love, hope, and determination,

Shara
