In just a few short days we will gather in Houston for our national convention. here are a few logistics:<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText>1. The Massachusetts caucus is Monday, July 3 at Noon in Room 328 .<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText>Please plan to be in the room, as we will cover some convention logistics and those who have purchased banquet tickets and would like to sit with Massachusetts will turn in their banquet ticket to Debbie Malone and/or Allen Larkin. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText>2. Debbie Malone has graciously agreed to exchange our banquet tickets. Please bring your banquet ticket to the caucus and be prepared to let Debbie and/or Allen Larkin know if you have dietary restrictions for your meal. It is important that you bring the ticket to the caucus, as Debbie and Allen will not be responsible to locate and connect with each individual. When the tickets have been exchanged and we have tables, Debbie and/or Allen will distribute tickets or give them to me, as I will be centrally located under the Massachusetts flag You will then be able to retrieve your ticket. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Please reach out if you have questions.
