The purpose of this study is to understand how people who are blind or low vision learn to use new software-based tools. This may include, but is not limited to, learning to use document preparation tools (e.g., Microsoft Office and Google Docs), communication software (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack), and more.
