<html><head><meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"></head><body dir="auto"><div>Greetings Federation Family,</div><div>We had such a great time during our 2024 Bell Academy and we are getting ready to start planning our next one! However, we would like your thoughts and suggestions as we plan for next year. Whether you volunteered, are thinking of volunteering, or just want to bring your ideas to the table, I invite you to join me in the process. There will be no commitment, and it’s not required to volunteer at the Bell Academy in order to participate in the meetings. I will be holding a meeting each month, and each will address a specific topic of the program that is going to be worked on throughout that month, for example, dates/ location, field trips, fun activities, volunteer training, fundraising, etc. I will send an email about two weeks ahead of each meeting containing the topic we'll be discussing. All will be welcome to join and provide input, and if anyone wants to volunteer to reach out to places or be part of each months preparations, they will be more than welcome to, but are absolutely not required to do so. November’s topic will be dates and location. The meeting will be held on Sunday, November 10 at 6 PM . For now, meetings will be on the second Sunday of each month at 6 PM. There’s usually a lot going on during the week, so I thought the weekend would be better suited for these meetings. We will be using the zoom link for the state which I will send in my reminder email closer to the date. In the meantime, feel free to reach out to me with any questions. I’m very excited and looking forward to getting our 2025 Bell Academy preparations started with all of you!
