This two week summer program is a place where blind children ages for – 12 can come and learn braille in the most interactive and fun ways. They also learn other independent, living skills, have a wonderful Blind role models, and get to meet other blind children and develop friendships. during these two weeks children participate in main activities that help them boost the confidence and be well on their way to become successful independent adults in art society. Some of the activities of the kids love our: making a preparing their own lunch, drawing with the perkins brailler, going on field trips, shopping for their own snacks and groceries, tie dye shirts and other craft activities, and so much more. As a program of the National Federation Of The Blind Of Massachusetts, a nonprofit 501 (C)(3), we rely on donations in order to be able to operate this program, for up charge, to blind and low vision children.
