This is a personal decision for Dina and an opportunity to contribute to another mission that is deeply meaningful to her.</span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=x1yc453h style='background:white'><span style='font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif;color:#0D0D0D'>Dina has made an indelible mark on the Carroll Center. Her commitment, energy, leadership, and deep dedication to our mission have shaped so much of who we are today. Her contributions will continue to be part of the fabric of this organization, and the impact of her work will be felt for many years to come.</span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=x1yc453h style='background:white'><span style='font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif;color:#0D0D0D'>I am especially grateful that Dina has graciously agreed to remain involved after her departure to help ensure a smooth transition and support the transfer of knowledge.
