[MD-AtLarge] Help Needed and an Announcement

Hello all,

 

Jonathan Lazar needs some information for an article that he is writing.
Jonathan goes out of his way to help us whenever he can.  For instance,  he
drove from Philadelphia to testify on our procurement bill.  Please help him

Jonathan what screen reader you use, and what speed you set it on to listen
to your information.  Please do it ASAP, but before Monday, March 12.
