Hello all,
Remember the meeting is tonight, June 15. The call in number is

NFBMD At Large Chapter Meeting Minutes for May 18, 2021
The presidential Release was played at 7:30 PM
The meeting was started at 8:00 PM by Marguerite Woods, President
Approximately 20 members on the call
Charles led us in the NFB pledge.
Sharon spoke about two more items found in the code of conduct, which were
drugs and alcoholic and Minimum standards.
Treasurer’s Report was given by Sharon.
Opening Balance: $853.84
Income:
Donation: $100
Dues from PayPal: $37.65
Total Income: $137.65
Total: $991.49
Expenses:
Transportation: $123.50
May 3 Transportation (second vaccine trip): $123.50
To NFB for dues: $8.00
Towards Grand Prize: $100.00
Total Expenses: $355.00
Closing Balance: $636.49
There was a motion to accept the treasurer’s report, it was seconded, and
the motion passed.
Sharon suggested that the chapter give $100 towards the grand prize for the
national convention. A motion was made, it was seconded, and the motion
passed.
Elections
This year’s nominating committee was Brawyn, Wendy, and Eddie. The
Nominating Committee Chair gave a report. There was a motion made to accept
the nominating committee chair’s report, it was seconded, and the motion
passed.
Elected to Office:
Marguerite Woods for President
Sondra Burchette for Vice President
Sharon Maneki for Treasurer
Danielle Earl for Secretary
Daniel Johnson for board member 1
Judy Nelson for board member 2
The members participated in a National Convention trivia game that Sharon
had created to play this evening.
