[MD-AtLarge] Meeting Reminder and Minutes

Hello All,
Tomorrow is the next meeting of the At Large Chapter beginning at 7:30 PM.
This is June 16. We will have two guest speakers: Anil Lewis and Melissa
Riccobono. They are the friendly voices that will greet you when you attend
the virtual meetings a half hour before they begin. They will explain what
they do in the talks and why you should listen to the virtual convention,
and they may even have a couple of surprises.
The minutes of the May meeting are below:

The Presidential Release was played at 7:30 PM.
The meeting was started at 8:00 PM by Sondra Burchette, Vice President.
The round robin took place. Everyone announced themselves, stated where
they are in the state, and answered the question “have you registered for
national convention in person or virtual?
There were approximately 15 members on the call.
Tonight’s guest speaker is Dr. Cheryl Fogle-Hatch, a blind accessibility
museum consultant. She also has a PHD in anthropology. She Started her own
business called museum Senses. Currently, she has Exhibits at the Peale
museum. She spoke about the NFB Science and Engineering Division. She
Talked about her anthropology field and how she does it as a blind person.

The meeting adjourned at 9:02 PM.
