Since we cannot depend on the federal government because of all its changes, we must focus on Maryland. The seminar will talk about the various types of discrimination and we will review such issues as when should a person who thinks they have been discriminated against go to the Maryland Civil Rights Commission and when should they go to the office of the Attorney General.
