Chapter Meeting Minutes for October 21, 2025 <span></span></p>

stated where they are in the state, and answered the question do you find

Qualik is the President of the Maryland Association of Blind Students, and Anil
is the director of Strategic Initiatives for the National Federation of the
Blind. Qualik told us about his story and how the NFB played a part in his
life. Anil shared his story and how the NFB helped him. They also talked about
Blindness Equality Achievement month. <span></span></p>
