[MD-Baltimore-County] Next NFBMD TLC Chapter Meeting (Tuesday, September 9 - inperson ) Show and Tell

Dear TLC Chapter Members and Friends,

 

Our next TLC chapter meeting is this Tuesday, September 9; We will be
meeting in-person in the Common Room of St. Francis Episcopal Parish and
Community Center, 2216 Pot Spring Rd., Timonium, MD 21093. Our regular
meeting date is the second Tuesday of the month. You may arrive as early as
6:30 PM; the official meeting is scheduled to run from 7:00 to 9:00 PM.
Please note that this is not a hybrid meeting and no virtual option is
available. Please do not attend the meeting, if you have a fever or are
feeling ill.

 

During the meeting We will be talking about what is going on at NFB at the
chapter, affiliate and national levels. In addition, everyone is encouraged
to bring one or more blindness specific high or low tech items for a show
and tell evening, in which we share blindness tips and tricks. 

 

A draft of the August minutes is attached for your review.

 

This time we are not offering a dinner option, but folks are welcome to
bring something to eat with them, if they are coming straight from work. 

 

The church is not easily accessed by fixed route transit, but it is served
by paratransit. 

 

We look forward to seeing everyone in person on Tuesday. Feel free to invite
a friend.
