Today, the State of MD Department on Aging is launching a MAP website
for seniors, persons with disabilities and caregivers.

 

Maryland Access Point (MAP) is part of the national Aging and Disability
Resource Center (ADRC) initiative from the Administration on Aging and
the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services operating in 50 states
and 4 territories with the purpose of providing streamlined access to
information and services for long term supports and services.

Many thanks for sharing this info with persons who may benefit from this
new resource specifically designed for Marylanders and where services
can be searched by County. There is also a secure assessment screen that
can be saved and if desired shared with family members and caregivers.
