Thanks, Debbie, and thanks for your recent call. I've been reading the group's email with interest, but haven't been coming to meetings since my vision has been holding steady. I can still drive around the neighborhood, but reading is a little challenging. It's great to know of all the good things you are doing -- for everyone and in case I end up needing more support.

Thanks for keeping in touch,

Laurie Ensworth

Depending on the brand, users can load them with an astonishing array of applications -- but how accessible are they? What do you need to know before you buy? Whether you're looking for a new phone or can bring yours to show and tell, join in the discussion and demonstrations of iPhone, Android, Jitterbug and more. The Rockville Memorial Library is at 21 Maryland Ave., corner of Beall in the Rockville Town Center. This program is coordinated by the Disability Resource Center Library Advisory Committee. Wondering about compatibility, model, brand or features? Great for procrastinators, or for getting something for yourself. Advisor/counselors are knowledgeable consumers, not representatives of any vendor. Email and phone contact info will be provided on Monday Dec. 13.
