[Md-sligo] Annapolis

Thanks to all of you who made appointments in Annapolis, and I hope that by now you have been shoveled and plowed out.  Three of us made it from Sligo (Lloyd, Judy and I) and three from Baltimore.  We doubled up on teams and probably saw as many people as we usually do.  We did talk to some delegates and senators, and I believe we have some co-sponsors.  Later on, we will need letter written, which can be done whatever the weather.
