[Md-sligo] Chapter meeting and other issues

The chapter meeting will be this Saturday, July 16, at the Silver Spring library, 8901 Colesville Road, at 1:30.

I know that not everyone got a chance to sign the petition against the subminimum wage provions of sectiion 511 of Title V of the Rehab Act.  I don't know if we can find a way for everyone to sign it, but I will let you know of any action we can take.  The hearing as of now is scheduled for July 20, but we don't know if that will change, and we don't know what time.

Our chapter picnic will be on Saturday, August 13, at Kimoy Kelly's house.

The crab feast is August 6.  Please let me know if you plan to go.  Having money in hand will assure I won't forget to put your name on the list.  The cost is $45.
