The White Cane Safety day proclamation will be presented to the members
of the Sligo Creek Chapter by the Montgomery County Council on October
11, 2011 at 9:30 am Location is 100 Maryland Avenue 3rd floor hearing
room, Rockville. 
This hearing room is on the same level, when you enter the building from
the front. Go up the steps and enter the building.
