This is available to MetroAccess customers.  Please note the dates (same as public hearings) and the informatiion required.  This iservice is available for those who need it, but I think it is better for us to show up for the live hearings if we can.

To assist customers with disabilities, Metro is providing MetroAccess customers a way to phone in their comments to open forums held on days when Metro is also holding public hearings on possible upcoming fare increases.  The phone number to leave an open forum comment is 202-962-1141.

Phone lines will be open for you to leave a message between 7pm and midnight on Feb. 27, Feb. 29, Mar. 1, Mar. 5, Mar. 6, and Mar 7.   Please be sure to clearly state your name, MetroAccess ID number and your address to ensure that your comment is considered.   Your comment is limited to 3 minutes.
