Metro has recently updated the application for the MetroAccess
Door-to-Door Paratransit Service and the Reduced Fare Program for People
with Disabilities.  Please find attached a copy of the new application.
This application can also be accessed on Metro's web site by clicking on
the following link: 
http://www.wmata.com/accessibility/metroaccess_eligibility.cfm . Please
provide this application to your customers or clients who request an
application for MetroAccess service and the Reduced Fare Program.
Should you have any questions please feel free to contact the Office of
Eligibility Certification at 202-962-2700 and select option 5 to speak
with one of our specialist.
