The funeral for long time Federationist Joie Stuart will be held on Tuesday, June 12th from 10-12 noon at Plymouth Congregational Church located at 5301 North Capitol Street North East in Washington, DC.  Also, cards of condolences can be sent to 5301 14th Street North East Washington, DC 20018.
