I have not tried this WMATA budget survey since it has been worked on, but here is the information.  It asks for an opinion on different approaches to the fare structure.

To Accessibility Customers:

WMATA recently released an online budget survey to solicit input from the public on balancing our budget. It came to our attention that the survey lacked an ability to work with all access technologies. Therefore, we worked with Patrick Sheehan, Chairman of WMATA's Accessibility Advisory Committee, to ensure that the survey would be enabled for all access technologies and have completed that process.
