HOC is Opening Waiting List for Public Housing for Seniors (62+)



Beginning Monday, June 4, 2012, the application will be posted on the
home page of the website. Follow the instructions on the screen to apply
for the waiting list. You can apply online at any time during the two
weeks the list will be open.  To access the home page of the website,
click here <http://www.hocmc.org/default.asp> .   

Printed applications will be available beginning Monday, June 4, 2012 at
all HOC Customer Service Centers, Montgomery County Public Libraries,
County Service Centers and County Senior Centers. Instructions and
income guidelines are printed on the form. 

The list will close on Friday, June 15, 2012. Applications must be
received online or postmarked no later than June 15, 2012.  Applicants
are selected from the waiting list at random, not by time of
application. Priority will be given to applicants who live or work in
Montgomery County, MD.
