Metro started an interactive online conversation

on some of the key questions facing Metro and the region in the future.
There are four new questions posted that we would like your feedback on
as a key community stakeholder.

* What do you feel are the most important features to improve

Background information:

This September, Metro and its Board of Directors unveiled a strategic
plan framework called "Momentum: The Next Generation of Metro". The
mission is to provide safe, equitable, reliable and cost-effective
public transit in the DC metro area, and seek the needs of all of its
stakeholders - jurisdictions, business, communities and customers. To
see the full brochure regarding Momentum, click here (pdf)

This strategic framework is a direct outcome of meetings held with key
stakeholders across the region. Beginning of the Fall of 2011, Board
Members reached out to federal, state and local officials, conducted
focus groups and surveys to customers, and sought feedback from
employees. The conversation is continuing - and as a key community
stakeholder, we want you to be part of it.
