Purple Line Project Staff to Hold Public Open Houses 

The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) will hold a series of Open
Houses on the Purple Line project. The Purple Line is a proposed 16-mile
light rail line from Bethesda in Montgomery County to New Carrollton n
Prince George's County. The project's goal is to provide faster, more
reliable transit service while improving connectivity. Attend one of the
following meeting dates to learn more information about the project

*	Tue., May 7, 5:00-8:00 p.m. at the Silver Spring Civic Center,
One Veterans Place, Silver Spring 
*	Thur., May 9, 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Riverdale Elementary School,
5006 Riverdale Rd, Riverdale 
*	Sat., May 11, 11:00-2:00 p.m. at Langley Park Community Center,
1500 Merrimac Dr., Hyattsville 
*	Tue., May 14, 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Bethesda-Chevy Chase High
School, 4301 East-West Hwy, Bethesda 
*	Wed., May 15, 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Woodridge Elementary School,
5001 Flintridge Dr., Hyattsville
