HumanWare, in conjunction with Integration Technologies Group and Dr. Lexi Malkin,  would like to invite you to participate in a marketing focus group
study of electronic equipment for the visually impaired, focusing on Low Vision users and devices, and new technologies.  It will require approximately
2 hours of your time, and you will be given a $50 gift card for your participation, if you qualify and are selected.

Space is limited and you do need to qualify to be accepted. To qualify, you must be diagnosed with a visual impairment; your visual acuity should be somewhere
between 20/50 and 20/400; And you should have enough residual vision to do visual tasks.

During your appointed session, Dr. Malkin of Low Vision Services, PLC will confirm your visual acuity and contrast sensitivity (not a full formal eye exam).
You will answer some questions about what you use for visual aids, be shown some new technologies, then tested for your reading ability on some products,
and finally complete a questionnaire with your preferences and feedback.

Your personal health information details will not be publicly released in association with your personal identifying information such as name, address,
email or phone number, to protect your privacy.

In addition to the gift card, refreshments will also be available.
