The Presidential Release, in MP3 audio format, can be found at

If you wish to play it on an NLS digital talking book player, and you want 
to put it on a flash drive containing other talking books, you can create a 
folder called audio+podcasts and copy the pr423.mp3 file into that folder. 
Any audio files in that folder can be played by going to the last book on 
the player's bookshelf, called "audio files".  You can always listen to this 
file on your PC or other devices, as well.
