Hi Debbie, 

I have taken time off on August 7 and 9 for BELL. I am flexible for 1
more day if there is a need. It will be helpful if we have a conference
call with the teacher to figure out all the details. It helps to know
what the volunteers are expected to do. We the volunteers who may know
or not know Braille can help with different tasks. I have some plans for
this Saturday, so I may not be at the meeting. I will let you know by
Friday evening, or Saturday Morning.

I know that I have told many of you that I was worried that we would not
have a BELL program because we didn't have kids.  Well, they are coming
out of the woodwork, and we will probably have 5 kids.  I will be
looking for volunteers at the meeting.  The dates are July 29 through
August 9.  You may volunteer for as many days as you can.  We do
braille, but we also do cooking, money, field trips, and games.  Also,
kids often need to go to the bathroom, and an escort is necessary, and
many of you can do that.  I will be asking for days at the meeting, but
if you won't be there, please let me know when you can work.
