In case you get calls from the public looking for information on signing
up for the Affordable Care Act (also called Obama Care or the Maryland
Health Connection), there is an internal number that is now being
staffed by one of the navigators.

 

240-773-8250 is the number.

 

The attached flyer also provides information on how people can sign up.
On the back side of the flyer is a listing of key government sites here
in MoCo, as well as in Prince George's County, where people can find
in-person help to enroll.

 

In addition, our website (www.capitalhealthconnection.org

of our partner sites as well (we couldn't fit everything on one flyer).
