We have two stimulating Saturday Adaptive Technology Sessions coming up, sponsored by the Disability Resource Center Library Advisory Committee of the Montgomery County Public Libraries. These programs are free and all those interested are welcome to attend. Please help spread the word; flyers are attached.

November 23, 2013, 1:00 - 3:00 PM 

Accessible Technology for MCPS Students: A team from MCPS' High Incidence Accessible Technology (HIAT) will share adaptive technology resources. Learn about resources and software tools available to all MCPS students that support reading, spelling, thinking, and organization. At the Silver Spring Library, 8901 Colesville Road, Silver Spring 20910, 240-773-9420.

 

To request sign language interpretation or other deaf/hard of hearing services for library-sponsored programs, email MCPL.DeafAccess at montgomerycountymd.gov, preferably with three business days' notice. To request other accommodations, contact your local library.
