Thanks Lloyd. I was thinking 5:30, but told the NHC members to come as early as 3:30 because of that “want to get a seat thing”.

The meeting starts at 5 PM.  But if you want to be sure to have a seat, it’s advisable to get there at least 45 minutes ahead of time, especially if you want to be in the main room and not the overflow.
