[Md-sligo] treasurer's report

I paid the catering bill in the amount of $990 on our credit card, but need to obtain an actual receipt from Gail.  We are submitting expenses for $273 for supplies and flash drives purchased for the diabetes seminar. In addition to the $539 for the canes and the $1100  convention expenses, I guess we are not very  wealthy. At least we are doing projects which is what we should be doing.  See you all on Saturday!

We have not reimbufsed Judy for the food bill for the diabetes seminar, because Judy did not get the bill from Gail.  The convention expenses will be coming.  They are about $1100.

We have taken in $1,970.00 in candy money thus far.  Our expenses for candy were $1,385.21 and our profit thus far is $584.79.

We need to give the state affiliate it's share of our fundraiser very soon since the state is running real low on money and BELL is coming up.

If anyone on the list is a member of the National Harbor chapter pass the word that if they are doing fundraisers they also need to share with the state.
